Community Safety Day

Community Safety Day is a free community event that is meant to teach children of all ages how to be safe. The LaGrange firefighters are doing a presentation on fire safety and are bringing their firetruck. The Dutchess County Sheriff's Department is doing child fingerprinting and abduction prevention. Also, the Child Abuse Center is doing a presentation on Internet Safety. There will also be a helmet safety demonstration and bicycle obstacle course. Food, games, & prizes. This is a Girl Scout Gold Award project. 845-464-8765.
